About Us
About Organic Sleep Products
Organic Sleep Products began operation in September, 2005. Our
owners bring a total of over 80 years of mattress experience to this
company.
Located in the rapidly growing community of Bend, Oregon, we have
owned and operated our own mattress factory (The Mattress Factory,
Inc.) for 30 years. We know more about what makes a good quality
mattress and, more importantly, what will give you a good night's
sleep than any other company.
With Organic Sleep Products, we are committed to offering you the
finest organic and natural mattresses and bedding available. Not all
mattresses labeled "organic" and "natural" actually meet strict
published standards!
Our mattresses are made with combinations of the following:
Natural Cotton:
Long staple cotton from U.S. growers in California and Texas, the
most durable bedding material available.
Organic Cotton:
Cotton that comes from ONLY certified growers in the U.S. and
Europe. We make sure this cotton goes through a special garnetting
process, either on a machine dedicated to processing organic cotton
or one that has been thoroughly cleaned using non-chemical
cleaning agents. You can be assured that this cotton is the purest
organic cotton available.
New Zealand Lambs Wool:
The quilt material in our natural mattresses, the finest available
anywhere in the world!
Organic Wool:
This will comes from a variety of sources in the United States ("Pure
Grow Wool") and Europe. The wool is non-carbonized and hand
washed. Sheep are not allowed to graze in fields where chemical
pesticides are used.
Natural Latex:
Most commercial latex is almost 80% synthetic!! Not so from
Organic Sleep Products!! We have a minimum of 70% natural rubber
content in our natural mattresses and our organic mattresses
feature pure, natural latex from Malaysia and Sri Lanka, the only two
sources in the world where latex mattresses are made direct from
the sap of the rubber trees!
Quality Innersprings:
For those that prefer an innerspring mattress, we offer a quality
innerspring support system made in the United States.
