Every day my phone rings and I get people from all around the country that can't get answers to even the most basic questions regarding organic products for their home. So, this blog is being created to help everyone get the answers they need so they can have a green, environmentally friendly home. I'm also here to help you! Don't get taken advantage of because someone might say something is "green", "natural" or "organic" when it really isn't! So, post your question and I'll be happy to give you a good, honest answer. I'll also be highlighting some good organic products I've located around the Internet for your viewing pleasure!

I am so confused! We were ready to buy a OMI organic David matress and were told that any Latex bed from Europe can't be organic because it gets sprayed with insecticides at US customs. So of course we find a European import we like; (Latex comes from England, it's assembled in California by Organics Sleepworks ) They say their mattresses confirms with Oko-Tex standards. Who do we trust? Is this part of the Cloak and dagger stuff you mentioned? Please help, we are ready to buy!

It’s most refreshing and terribly kind you’re willing to share your unbiased knowledge and obvious expertise with those of us who are hopelessly lost in our quest for a good night’s sleep.
I cannot find an organic latex mattress here in Miami, FL, but before I decided to go organic, I considered two different lines - both by Simmons – ComforPedic (“CP”) and Natural Care (“NC”). I do not prefer a thick pillow top or a thin firm mattress, but something in between. CP’s “Natural” was quite comfortable. However, when I went to a Mattress Giant which had both CP’s “Nassau” and the Natural, I preferred the Nassau. There are no stores within 100 miles which carry the NC line so I never even had a chance to check it out.
I searched so many sites in my quest for an organic latex mattress I am suffering from information overload. I must have literally come across the names of no less than thirty companies who sell latex mattresses. Luckily on my last search I was directed to your blog site.
You discussed a number of sellers throughout your site. It appears all the companies you referred to are the major players in the market as I remember coming across their names repeatedly. There is one company, Savvy Rest, I came across numerous times throughout the course of my search which I do not remember you mentioning. I seem to recall relatively positive feedback when I did come across a reference to them.
They have a nice Web site which appears to be informative, straight-forward and devoid of the hard sell. However, nice Web sites are no indication of quality products and service. Do you have any information about this company, its products, etc.? Are they a “cloak and dagger” operation akin to Lifekind? They appear to have a myriad of options for their product.
I am completely lost in this never ending quest and I surrender!!! Please steer me in the right direction before I lose my mind!!! I need to buy a bed already.
